Drop-In

Our drop-in centres are open weekdays from 9-4.30pm offering informal support and refreshing cups of tea and coffee. 

You can drop-in for the latest information on cancer related treatments and up to date services, or just for a chat. 

Former Oncology Nurses and our trained team of volunteers are on hand to welcome you to either the Information Centre (in Addenbrooke’s Concourse) or the Complementary Therapy Centre at Wallace House, 7 Red Cross Lane, Cambridge. 

The Complementary Therapy Centre is the ideal place to wait between appointments at the clinics, out of the hospital environment, and is just a short walk from the Oncology Department. 

Bleepers given by staff in Oncology will alert you to return or, alternatively, just tell staff where you are and they will contact us when your appointment is ready. 

Our centres are warm and welcoming places where information, support and attention to the practical, physical and psychological needs of cancer patients and those who care for them are provided.
